Herons Glen is a gated championship golf and country club community in North Fort Myers,
Florida where residents own the recreational facilities. The Glen offers many amenities
including a 45,000 sq. ft clubhouse featuring a ballroom, dining room and lounge.
HG Amenities
The Golf Club at Herons Glen is highlighted by an 18-hole championship course
designed by Ron Garl in 1991 and redesigned in 2006 by Gordon Lewis that plays
to golfers of all levels. Five sets of tees feature total yardages from 4,733
to 6,468 yards. Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green and
chipping area for golfers to warm up before tee time. Also available are six
tennis courts, a 3,000 sq. ft. fitness center,
heated swimming pool with spa, bocce courts, card rooms, craft rooms,
shuffleboard courts, libraries and a billiards room.
