Kelly Greens is a private community
consisting of 26 individual neighborhood Homeowners Associations. Each
Association defines its own governing documents, rules, and regulations and
determines its own Homeowner’s dues.
Each Association is governed by a Board of
Directors who are owners committed to preserving and enhancing property
values and trying to do what they feel is best for Kelly Greens residents.
